We are here to serve you and make sure you have the best experience possible. To schedule a tour, call us or email us and we will be happy to assist you in setting up a tour. The venue can be reserved with a signed contract and deposit payment. This can either be done in person or sent in by mail. Bel Air 1740 has an Approved Caterers List for our venue. There is an extra fee if you want to bring in your own caterer. Contact us for more information.

What facilities does Bel Air 1740 provide?

Our barn is on a single level with handicap access. Fully heated and A/C. Our spacious patio will be enclosed and heated during the winter months. Two beautiful wedding suites and guest restrooms.

Do you require a wedding planner?

At a minimum, we require a licensed day-of coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Can I have an outdoor Ceremony? What if it rains?

We have several beautiful spaces for ceremonies in our English gardens and front/back lawns. In inclement weather, the ceremony can be moved to the Great Hall or our spacious covered patio, which is enclosed and heated during the winter. This will be the couple's decision and has to be made at least 2 hours before the ceremony is to take place.
